To Return an item
You may return an item for money back within 14 days. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received with the tag still on and in the original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges.
We are not responsible for damages to the garment after it has arrived, such as dry cleaning or standard wear. If an item was damaged, an incorrect order, or otherwise defective, you must contact us within 5 business days to make adjustments. To Exchange an item
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please follow return directions. We will send your new item once we have received the original, depending on availability. To ensure the item you would like to exchange for is in fact available, please speak with a Customer Service representative at 212-219-8272. For US orders, we will ship the new item at our expense. This does not apply to international orders, which will be charged to the recipient.
